HOW TO BOOK
Europbus is a leading budget bus and coach operator, which offers great value, comfortable, safe and reliable travel to Oradea, Cluj Targu Mures and other towns in north western Romania.
We specialise in transporting people, goods, cars, motorbikes, household goods and pets to and from all the major cities and towns in the north and north west region of Romania.
Our buses leave from Edgware in North London every TUESDAY and return from Romania every FRIDAY.
PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION
Reservations should be made at least one week in advance to ensure that your space on the preferred bus is available.
After a reservation has been made a unique reservation reference will be sent to the passenger. This reference must be used when payment is being made. Payment can be made by cash or cheque at your local post office or bank. After the bank confirms that payment has been made and the funds are cleared, tickets will be issued by email or SMS.
Payments by Cheque
Tickets will only be issued 5 working days after cheque payments are made. This is to allow time for the cheque to clear the banking system. Travel will be refused if payments by cheque have not cleared.
Payments on the day of departure.
Payments will be accepted on the day of departure if seats have been resevered in advance and the passenger arrive at the departure point at before 6:30am.
Check-in times
Passengers will arrive at the meeting point at 6:00 am on the day of their travels where the electrinic ticket number will be used to allow travel. All passengers must check in before 6:45am. The bus departs promptly at 7.00am.Any passengers that have not checked in before 6:45am will be rescheduled onto the next available bus.
Luggage
A maximun of one piece of hand luggage up to 15kg is allowed as part of your baggage allowance on the journey. Any luggage larger than hand luggage or heavier than 15kg MUST be sent as cargo goods.
CARGO GOODS TRANSPORTATION
Our goods transportation is a FREE DOOR TO DOOR service. This ensures that for our customers sending package back home to love ones is convenient and easy. This door to door service is FREE for all customer within a three mile radius of our departure point. For customer outside this catchment area a small collection fee applies for collection in the UK
Prices for goods starts at £0.75 per kilo. (depending on the content and nature of the goods being transported)
Payments for goods will be taken at the time of collection, which will be on the Sunday before the goods are due to leave. All goods not being collected, transportation costs must be paid before the friday before the goods are due to depart.
Payments by Cheque
5 working days must be allowed for the cheque to clear the banking system before the goods can be transported. Transportation will be refused if payments by cheque have not cleared.
