 HOW TO BOOK

PASSENGER BOOKINGS

Reservations can be made by contacting us via our reservations page, by email or by telephone.  They should be made at least one week in advance to ensure availability.

After a reservation has been requested, a unique reservation reference will be sent to the passenger.  This reference number must be used when payment is being made.  Payment can be made by PAYPAL via our website, cash or cheque at your local post office or bank.  After the bank has confirmed payment has been made and the funds are cleared, tickets will be sent by email or SMS.

Payments by Cheque

Tickets will only be issued 5 working days after cheque are received. This is to allow time for the cheque to clear the banking system.  Travel will be refused if payments by cheque have not cleared.

Payments on the day of departure.

Payments may be accepted on the day of departure if the passenger arrives at the departure point before 6:30am. Priority will be given to those who have reserved a seat in advance.

Check-in times

Passengers should arrive at the meeting point at 6:00 am on the day of their travels where the electronic tickets will be used to allow travel. All passengers must check in before 6:45am.  The bus  departs promptly at 7.00am.  Any passengers that have not checked in before 6:45am will be rescheduled onto the next available bus.

Luggage

A maximun of one piece of hand luggage  up to 15kg is allowed as part of your baggage allowance on the journey.   Any luggage larger than hand luggage or heavier than 15kg MUST be sent as cargo goods.

GOODS BOOKINGS

Our goods transportation is a FREE DOOR TO DOOR service.  This ensures that for our customers sending package back home to love ones is  convenient and easy.   This door to door service is FREE for all customer within a three mile radius of our departure point.  For customer outside this catchment area a small collection fee applies for collection in the UK

Prices for goods  starts at £1.00 per kilo.  (depending on the content and nature of the goods being transported)

Payments for goods will be taken at the time of collection, which will be on the Sunday before the goods are due to leave.  All goods not being collected, transportation costs must be paid before the friday  before the goods are due to depart.

Payments by Cheque

5 working days must be allowed for the cheque to clear the banking system before the goods can be transported.  Transportation  will be refused if payments by cheque have not cleared.
